AI Enablement/Talent Development Specialist - Senior

Overview:
The AI Enablement Specialist will lead the development of AI capabilities and practical AI adoption across SOFTSWISS. The role will be based within the Talent Development team and will work closely with the AI Center of Excellence.
The Specialist will help employees and teams understand and apply AI tools, including AI agents, MCPs, skills and automation, in their daily work. The role will combine learning design, practical experimentation, internal consulting, process optimisation and support for AI-related policies and standards.
The role will help establish AI as a practical organisational capability by connecting AI tools and business needs with learning, experimentation, adoption and responsible ways of working.
The role will focus on translating AI capabilities into employee learning, practical use cases, adoption initiatives and sustainable ways of working.
Purpose of the role:
To build practical AI capabilities across the company, help employees work more efficiently with AI and support the responsible adoption of new AI tools and ways of working.
Key responsibilities:
Create and deliver learning programmes, workshops, e-learning content and practical sessions.
Help employees understand and apply approved AI tools, agents, MCPs, skills, and automation.
Help employees to identify practical opportunities to optimize work processes through AI.
Translate technical AI concepts into clear and practical guidance for non-technical audiences.
Partner with the AI Center of Excellence on AI education, practical use cases, and adoption initiatives.
Collect AI-related needs and use cases from teams and help structure them for further review.
Help distinguish between use cases that can be supported through learning and self-service enablement and those requiring technical or security assessment.
Support the development of an internal AI community and network of AI champions.
Create practical guides, templates, use cases and best practices based on approved tools and solutions.
Support the communication and implementation of AI-related policies, governance, and responsible-use principles.
Ensure that learning materials include relevant guidance on confidentiality, data privacy, cybersecurity, and information security.
Collect feedback from employees and teams, and share adoption and practical outcomes, as well as barriers, with the AI Center of Excellence.
Research emerging AI tools and share potentially relevant developments with the AI Center of Excellence.
Required Experience:
3–5+ years of experience in Talent Development, L&D, digital learning or a related area.
Experience creating and delivering educational programs.
Practical experience using AI tools in a professional environment.
Experience with AI agents, automation, MCPs, custom skills, or similar emerging technologies.
Experience translating technical or digital solutions into practical learning or adoption initiatives.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to explain complex topics clearly to non-technical audiences.
Strong self-learning, research, and experimentation skills.
Understanding of responsible AI use, data privacy, and information security principles.
Experience creating e-learning or digital learning content.
Professional working proficiency in English (B2 or above), both written and spoken.
Nice to have:
Experience supporting the change and adoption of new tools.
Understanding of APIs, integrations or workflow design.
Experience building internal AI communities or networks of champions.
Experience in organizational change or digital transformation.
Experience contributing to internal policies, governance frameworks or operating standards.
